We hereby inform you about the purpose, type and scope of the processing of personal data on our website. Personal data is any data that identifies you (e.g. name, address) or makes it identifiable (e.g. IP address).

Processing of your data in the normal course of business

We process your personal data transmitted to us within the framework of the contractual and pre-contractual relationships between us, the scope, type, purpose and necessity of the processing depends on the respective underlying contractual relationship. These are in particular:

  • name and adress

  • email address and telephone number

  • contract data

  • payment details.

Personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of providing the service or proper business conduct or due to legal obligations. Only the data that is necessary and appropriate for the respective purpose is transmitted to external service providers. The processing by us takes place in accordance with your instructions or the statutory provisions.

legal basis

The processing of your personal data and the transmission to third parties takes place in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b) GDPR and serves to fulfill the contract between you and us. Otherwise, we only pass on data to third parties if there is a legal obligation to do so, Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR or if there is a legitimate interest in doing so, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. This is the case, for example, if this is necessary to pursue our claims.

deletion

Your data will be deleted as soon as the data is no longer required to fulfill contractual or legal duties of care or to deal with any warranty and comparable obligations. The legal storage obligations remain unaffected by this.

We use an Internet service provider to maintain our online presence, on whose server the website is stored (hosting) and who makes our website available on the Internet. The Internet service provider processes contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, inventory data as well as meta and communication data on our behalf. Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that are filed and saved on the end device you are using. Cookies neither transmit viruses nor can they run programs. They primarily serve to exchange information between the end device you are using and our website in order to make our website more user-friendly and effective for you. There are temporary (transient) and persistent cookies. The transient cookies include in particular the session cookies. Your rights under the GDPR

According to the GDPR, you are entitled to the rights listed below, which you can assert at any time with the aforementioned person responsible (see responsibility in our company):

  • Right to information: According to Art. 15 GDPR, you can request confirmation as to whether and which of your personal data we are processing. In addition, you can receive information from us free of charge about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing or objection , the existence of a right of appeal and the origin of their data, if they were not collected from us. You also have a right to information as to whether your personal data has been transmitted to a third country or to an international organization. If this is the case, you have the right to receive information about the appropriate guarantees in connection with the transmission.

  • Right to rectification: In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, you can request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us relating to you.

  • Right to erasure: In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, provided we do not need their processing for the following purposes:  

    • to fulfill a legal obligation,

    • to assert, exercise or defend legal claims,

    • to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information or

    • for reasons of public interest mentioned in Art. 17 Para. 3 lit c and d GDPR.

  • Right to restriction: According to Art. 18 GDPR, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if  

    • the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data,

    • the processing of your data is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and instead request that the use of the data be restricted,

    • we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you need the data to assert, exercise or defend legal claims

    • You have objected to the processing of your data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, but it is not yet clear whether the legitimate reasons that entitle us to further processing despite your objection outweigh your rights.

  • Right to information: If you have asserted the right to correction, deletion or restriction of processing against us, we are obliged to all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been disclosed, the correction or deletion of the data requested by you or their Restriction of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed by us about these recipients.

  • Right to data portability: In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, you can request that we receive the personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or request that it be transferred to another person responsible.

  • Right of appeal: According to Art. 77 GDPR you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. For this you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence, your workplace or our company headquarters.

In accordance with Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR, you have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your data at any time. The revocation you have declared does not change the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data up to the point of revocation.

Right to object

You have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, which is based on a weighing of interests (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). This is particularly the case if the data processing is not required to fulfill a contract. If you make use of your right of objection, we ask you to explain the reasons. We will then no longer process your personal data unless we can prove to you that compelling reasons for data processing worthy of protection outweigh your interests and rights.

Regardless of the above, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for advertising and data analysis purposes at any time.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics on this website. In Google Analytics, website cookies, device or browser data, IP addresses and website or app activities are recorded. This is used to measure and generate reports on user interactions on the websites and apps that use Google Analytics. Customers can customize cookies and the data collected. further  IP addresses are used to determine the location of visitors and to protect the Google service.

YouTube

On this website we use components from YouTube, a service provided by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

The use of YouTube enables us to embed various videos and clips that are made available on the internet platform www.youtube.de . After a page or subpage of our website is called up on which such an embedding has taken place, the Internet browser you are using is prompted to download video components of the respective embedded video or clip. During your visit to our website and its subpages, both YouTube and Google will be informed about which page or subpage you have accessed by transmitting your IP address to Google's external servers in the USA. This information is transmitted regardless of whether the videos or clips displayed are actually viewed or clicked on, or whether you are logged into your YouTube or Google account. Google is a participant in the Privacy Shield Agreement and is certified for data processing according to European standards. This information is collected and assigned to your Google account if you are logged in to it during your visit. Purpose: The YouTube components on our website are used to provide you with videos and clips from the website www.youtube.de on our website for viewing and interaction purposes.

We use YouTube based on our legitimate interest in optimizing and designing our online offering, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
