In 2019, Susanna Hoffmann-Ostenhof designed her own apartment on Marxergasse, in the middle of the third district in Vienna, which has been successfully rented out ever since. More objects followed and with it the start of the art & design experience. She wants to pass on her experience, her know-how and her passion to other potential apartment owners.
Her holistic concepts with design furniture and affordable works of art reach for a unique atmosphere. The aim is to create a successful mix of chic and vintage, cheap and valuable - solutions that show that you can make a big impact with little effort.
With gentle interventions, she promises to adapt her customers' holiday apartments to today's expectations and demands of tourists. She supports professional photography and presentation on the various rental platforms and social media channels.
